The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the College Scorecard data or our derivative analysis. The U.S. Department of Education may update, revise, or correct their data at any time.

Limitation of Liability

DegreeRealist, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use this Site, including but not limited to decisions regarding educational enrollment, student loan management, or financial planning made in reliance on information presented here.

Intellectual Property

The DegreeRealist name, Nihilism Index™, site design, and original analysis content are the property of DegreeRealist. The underlying College Scorecard data is public domain, published by the U.S. Department of Education.

You may link to any page on DegreeRealist without permission. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of the site content without written permission.
